Optical coupler is to adjust focus during surgery. Different size for different surgery. In general cases, for ENT and other 4mm, 3mm, 2.7mm rigid endoscope, such as cystoscopy, arthroscopy, hysteroscopy, etc. we suggest 14mm, 16mm, 18mm or 22mm optical coupler, for 10mm laparoscope, we suggest 25mm, 28mm, 32mm, 35mm or zoom coupler.
Optical coupler is a part of complete endoscope camera system. It’s to connect endoscope and camera system to adjust size and definition of surgery image.
